Pupils Assessment of Sports Pedagogy Speeds Within the Module “Between Disciplines” as a Factor of Interior Relations
Husejn Musić
SUMMARY
Experiences from teaching practice indicate that the relationships between pupils and sports pedagogues are often not at a satisfactory level, which may negatively affect the quality and outcomes of the educational process. Frequent misunderstandings, communication difficulties, and conflicts in interaction between pupils and sports pedagogues represent strong reasons for a more thorough examination of these issues.
The study specifically focused on the sports pedagogue’s qualities within the framework of the dimension “attitude toward discipline” as an important factor influencing relationships with pupils. The aim was to emphasize the significance of this issue within the educational process and to encourage its continuous assessment and improvement.
The findings suggest that ongoing evaluation of pedagogical qualities and disciplinary attitudes contributes to the democratization of relationships between teachers and pupils, improves mutual understanding, and enhances the overall quality of the educational process.
