Differences in Students' Attitudes to Physical Activity and Satisfaction with Health Status

SUMMARY
The research aimed to identify the differences between physical activity, health status, and the attitudes of university students of sport and physical education in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The research design was based on a descriptive research model. The sample consisted of 624 respondents aged 19 to 30 years. Data were collected from June 2020. Differences in students' attitudes were analyzed using ANOVA in SPSS 22.0. Respondents completed questionnaires regarding their physical activity, health status, and satisfaction with their health status. The results showed differences in most of the analyzed questionnaire items related to physical activity and satisfaction with health status. Based on the results of this research, targeted programs are needed to increase the level of physical activity among students in order to improve their health status and enhance physical performance.
